PayDues is dues collection software powered by Sellrow. Our support team can help with organization accounts and collection questions. For the amount you owe or your membership status, contact your organization directly.
- For a missing or delayed dues payment, contact the organization that requested the dues.
- For a Sellrow account, dashboard, payout, or payment-processing question, contact Sellrow support.
- For an error on PayDues, include the page URL and what needs correcting.
Support and content questions
For dues collection support, account questions, or corrections to a PayDues guide, email support@sellrow.co.
If you are reporting a factual problem, include the page URL, the sentence or section you think is wrong, and any source or context that helps us check it.
Privacy questions
For privacy questions, write to privacy@sellrow.co. Organization accounts and payments are managed on Sellrow. Include the relevant account or page in your request, without sending passwords or card details.
